About us
Ten years on Kraków's burger scene.
We've been in the game for a decade — back when the word smashburger still sounded exotic in Poland and a brioche bun mostly brought to mind a French bakery. Over those ten years we've travelled, hand-picked our suppliers and fine-tuned every part of the burger so that nothing in it is left to chance.
We don't cut corners. Beef straight from the butcher, brioche baked the same morning, sauces mixed in our own kitchen — no frozen shortcuts, no wholesale. We make fast food, but we take it seriously: fast doesn't mean sloppy, and a laid-back vibe doesn't rule out great taste.
